Marc D. Anderson, LCSW, MGCP uses his clinical and coaching expertise and
personal experiences as a competitive athlete to teach athletes and coaches how
to develop the mental skills to improve confidence, enhance focus, composure,
concentration, and mental toughness to achieve the winning edge. The program
focuses on improving the athlete’s sports related thought processes to overcome
self-limiting emotional and physical barriers to acquire a champion’s mindset
towards peak performance.
Coach A offers several mental coaching
programs. Programs consist of one on one in-person mental programs, monthly
phone coaching programs, and email coaching programs for athletes who
participate who are interested in the 12- Month Mental Coaching Program. Coach
A guides you via email to improve mental toughness.
The objectives of the Mental Performance Sports Programs are to help you:

Three, Six, and 12-Month Mental Coaching
The
one on one in-person mental coaching program is the best option to enhance your
mental game edge in competition. The program begins with a one on one mental
coaching session with Coach A, followed by three, six, or 12 months of follow
up (in person and/or via telephone). This program includes:
- Initial one on one mental coaching session with Coach A to begin the program
- Athlete Mental Aptitude Profile (AMAP) Assessment
- AMAP Summary identifying mental skills areas to target for improvement
- Custom Mental Game Plans
- Weekly 40 minute individual coaching sessions.
